Terms of Service

1 Products & availability

Our garments are made in small batches. Colours and details may vary slightly from your screen due to photography and fabric. We may add, change or discontinue products at any time.

2 Orders

Please provide accurate delivery and contact details when ordering. We may cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, pricing errors or payment issues.

3 Pricing & payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

4 Sizing

Please check our size chart carefully before ordering — choosing the right size helps us get your fit right the first time. If it doesn’t fit, see our Refund & Return Policy for a replacement.

5 Shipping & delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Timelines are estimates and may vary with location and courier partners. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6 Returns, replacements & refunds

Wrong-size items can be exchanged for a replacement; other returns are eligible for a refund (less delivery charges). Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
