Each ZeroPero order is packed and shipped by hand with care. Here’s what to expect once you place your order.
1 Order processing
Orders are prepared, quality-checked and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Processing may take a little longer during sale periods and holidays.
2 Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days. Timelines are estimates and can vary with location, courier delays, weather or holidays.
3 Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all orders over Rs. 999.
- A small delivery charge applies to orders below Rs. 999, shown at checkout.
4 Delivery locations
We deliver across serviceable PIN codes in India. If your PIN code isn’t serviceable yet, you’ll be notified at checkout.
5 Correct address
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and phone number. Changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.
6 Damaged or wrong items
